I would highly recommend Colorado Real Estate Associates for any job!  My husband and I came out to Colorado on vacation almost three years ago with absolutely no intentions of moving from Illinois.  Curiosity got the best of us, and we decided to see what housing was like out here.  We very specifically asked the receptionist for a: female who had been in the business for over ten years, non-smoker, and into health and wellness.  Within minutes, CREA had called us back and matched us with Terri Peterson, who met with us almost immediately.  We told her we were just on vacation, but described the type of home we would like.  We were all very excited and within a couple of days, she hit the nail on the head with our dream home!  We ended up extending our six day vacation to almost three weeks and purchased a home, joined a gym, Terri found us a church, and she also found a nursing home for my mother, who moved with us.   Terri made everything effortless and easy.  My husband & I had only been married two years, and this was a first purchased home together.  Terri was so very helpful throughout the entire purchasing and moving process.  Whatever we needed, she was spot on for everything!  Terri and the team at Colorado Real Estate Associates can do any task handed to them, no matter how large or small, with grace and excellence.
